Chilean Barrel Club
Join our wine making group and make wine from grape to glass this spring. We will be bringing in fresh wine grapes from the mountain vineyards of Chile in May. The class is in 4 sessions. The first session is the destemming, crushing and to start fermentation. About 2 weeks after, we meet for the pressing of the wine for the final fermentation. After a few months of racking, we come together to fill the barrel for its aging process for 3 to 6 months. The last session we celebrate with a bottling party and you take 2 cases of wine home for drinking or further aging. Limited to 10 couples or pairs. Price (Per couple, pair or one person) includes all 4 sessions, grapes and wine tasting at each session. New bottles and corks can be purchased or clean used bottles can be brought in. Each couple or pair takes home 2 cases of wine when complete. Custom labeling available. Limited space.
