Our knowledgeable staff are eager to help you with your beer or wine making projects. We teach both beer and wine making classes weekly and carry a full line of wine & beer supplies.

Our New Address is 9030 S. Hermitage Ave, Chicago IL 60620. We are adjacent to the 91st Street Beverly Hills Rock Island Metra Stop. 

We also are the Home of Wild Blossom Meadery & Winery. Our Meads are made from locally produced honey and are  international gold medal winners. 

They're available at local wine retailers throughout Chicago.

Our tasting room is now open at 9030 S. Hermitage Ave Chicago IL .
